The property consists of the main inn, which has 40 rooms, nearly all with private baths.

This is a historical lodging facility, on the National Register of Historic Places, where you will find a mix of simple but comfortable appointments and antiques and luxury imported bed linens and the most comfortable beds on the planet. Many rooms have claw foot tubs. All rooms in the main inn share a telephone switchboard system now rarely seen outside museums, mixed with high speed internet and other modern niceties. Breakfast is a feast that is sure to satisfy until dinnertime, when we feature world class offerings in two newly-decorated venues.

The inn is located in an area of grand historic homes, a 10 minute stroll from the harbor.
